The Bonn N16 LPS is Silent Angel’s reference-grade network switch, engineered to elevate digital audio streaming by dramatically reducing network noise and signal interference. Designed for discerning audiophiles, it combines ultra-precise data transmission with audiophile-grade power regulation.

At its core, the N16 LPS features two independent 8-port Gigabit switch modules, isolated from each other to separate audio and general network traffic. Each module is powered by a dedicated, ultra-low-noise linear power supply—ensuring a cleaner signal path and greater musical clarity.  Inside, a high-precision TCXO (Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator) provides highly accurate and stable clocking for improved data transmission timing.

The result is improved timing accuracy, reduced jitter, and a more natural, immersive soundstage. Whether streaming from a NAS, music server, or online service, the Bonn N16 LPS is the critical link between your music and its full potential.

The N16 LPS also supports connection to an external 25 MHz word clock via a BNC input, allowing users to further enhance timing accuracy with a master clock like the Silent Angel Genesis GX. The full-metal chassis provides EMI and RFI shielding, while internal anti-vibration measures protect the signal integrity.

This unit is plug-and-play, requiring no configuration or software. It measures approximately 430 mm wide, 256 mm deep, and 60 mm high, and weighs around 5.5 kg. With its robust power supply design, internal isolation, and audiophile-grade components, the Bonn N16 LPS brings network streaming performance up to the level of true high-fidelity systems.
